  • Energy Performance Certificate
  • Gas Certificate
  • Electrical Certificate
  • Proof of Ownership

If you are missing any of the above documents, there is no need to worry, we can assist you in getting those documents issued.
County Rents has a dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable customer service and operations team. They are focused on ensuring all move-in, move-outs, and Inspections are carried out effectively and consistently. Our maintenance team is on hand for issues that may arise. For all repairs that require landlord approval are done prior to the works being carried out.
