Will my rent be guaranteed?

Yes, of course! The rent is assured as long as there is no breach in the contract. We can start paying the rent as soon as the contracts have been signed.

What types of property do you need?

We are interested in Studios, one, two, and three-bedroom properties. We are looking for properties all over London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Hertfordshire, Coventry, Daventry, Luton, Bedford, Slough, St Albans and Bracknell.

How much rent will I get?

The rent you receive will depend on the size of your property (i.e. how many bedrooms and reception rooms etc.). You can find out how much rent we will pay for your property by contacting us and speaking to a representative over the phone.

How will the rent be paid?

You will receive your rent on a monthly basis. On the 28th of every month your payment will directly be deposited into your bank account.

What standard should the property be?

Properties must be safe, clean and well decorated. The building must be in a good state of repair, fit for human habitation.

Do you charge Agency fees and Management fees?

No, we don’t charge any agency or management fees. The only fee that is charged is a £199 processing fee, which is only payable once the tenants have moved in.

What documentation will you need from me?

If you decide you would like to lease your property with us we will require the following –

  • Gas Safe test certificate.
  • NICEIC electrical test certificate, issued by a NICEIC registered electrician.
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
  • Proof of ownership (i.e. Land Registry document etc.) 
  • Three sets of all door keys to property.
NOTE:  We can arrange for these certificates to be issued by qualified local firms if the need arises.

 

Should properties be furnished?

White goods are essential but other furniture is simply beneficial
