Working in Partnership with Local Authorities

County Rents has over ten years of experience in procuring and managing private sector accommodation for the occupancy of local authority tenants.
We work in partnership with several councils and have the experience, capacity and personnel to work with more local authority housing divisions.

Quality, highly reliable, value for money service

County Rents mission is to provide high quality, reliable, value for money service to ensure tenants that need to be relocated and housed are provided with a safe and secured habitable home.
We provide full day-to-day management and maintenance service to our landlord’s properties. The service we offer to our landlords allows them to trust us to utilise their properties for your usage. Our landlords vary from owners of large portfolios or small investors who entrust us to look after their properties.
We have a dedicated team that is customer-facing and contactable 24/7 to manage the tenancy of your residents. They will be on hand to provide advice on the property, regular inspections, check-in/check-out inventories and will deliver this with the utmost professionalism, sensitivity, and empathy as our brand ambassadors.

Diversity and Equality

At County Rents, all of our policies and procedures are continually reviewed, checked and updated in line with legislation changes. Our teams receive regular training to ensure they are up to date with best practices and legislation.
County Rents are fully committed to being market leaders by providing outstanding service levels to all of our tenants, Local Authority partners and landlords.

Procedures and policies

We understand how important operational principles are to the Local Authorities. We take great pride in delivering a fully ethical service, dealing with sensitive and difficult situations that can occur. Our professional teams are fully trained and adaptable to every scenario that can occur.
County Rents believe in honesty, transparency and will always deliver upon what we say we will.
Upon move out, our team will identify and organise the cleaning, repairs and refurbishment after the tenant’s departure, ensuring re-occupancy is achieved as soon as required.  All tenants are provided with a Welcome Pack during the supervised move-in by their Property Manager. During the move-in the property manager explains the responsibilities and expectations of the tenant and also ensures they are shown how the appliances work, where the properties meters are, how to report a maintenance issue and steps to follow in an emergency.
